This application is designed based on the requirements from SPMC ( Southern Philippines Medical Center ) and PhilHealth EMR ( Electronic Medical Records ).Through this, patient data and records can be tracked, show snapshots of the patients medical history, including allergies, symptoms, physical examinations, radiology and laboratory reports and images, provide patient diagnosis, and generate service request orders.
